Nathan Argent, Oak Foundation
Nathan Argent is the head of the climate sub-programme and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the programme. He also manages the climate and energy portfolios for North America, Europe and Southeast Asia, as well as working across all programme issues to provide strategic direction and support to the team. He also manages the relationship with the ClimateWorks and European Climate Foundations.
Prior to joining Oak Foundation, Nathan worked as Head of Energy Solutions, Chief Policy Advisor and Head of Research for Greenpeace UK and New Zealand focusing on solutions to climate change. He has also worked for World Wildlife Fund and the International Fund for Animal Welfare on endangered wildlife conservation, focusing primarily on central and western Africa and Asia. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy and Management from London Guildhall and a Master's degree in Environmental Management from University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
